Faktanya, jika tidak teratasi gangguan tidur bisa sebabkan imunitas menurun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/naga303.fun\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>dr Lahargo Kembaren, SpKJ<\/em><\/a>, psikiater dari <a href=\"https:\/\/naga303.fun\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>RS SILOAM<\/strong><\/a> Bogor pun mengatakan gangguan tidur berdampak pada psikologis. Pemicunya bisa disebabkan karena stres, rasa cemas, dan depresi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Gangguan tidur berdampak tidak baik bagi kondisi fisik karena dapat menurunkan\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/naga303.fun\/\" target=\"_blank\">imunitas\u00a0<\/a>tubuh dan juga bagi kondisi psikologis karena dapat memicu munculnya stres, cemas dan depresi. Gangguan tidur saat pandemi COVID-19 juga dapat mengenai siapa saja seperti anak, remaja, dewasa, dan lanjut usia,&#8221; ujar dr Lahargo melalui pesan yang diterima beberapa waktu lalu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurut dr Lahargo, rutinitas sehari-hari saat pandemi Corona bahkan bisa menjadi pemicu seseorang alami &#8216;gangguan tidur&#8217;. Mengapa bisa begitu?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Kondisi saat ini menyebabkan perubahan rutinitas sehari hari, misalnya working atau study from home, <a href=\"https:\/\/naga303.fun\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pembatasan sosial berskala besar<\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/naga303.fun\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>PSBB<\/strong><\/a>), social atau physical distancing membuat seseorang harus menyesuaikan diri, dan ini tidak mudah dilakukan,&#8221; jelas dr Lahargo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Lebih banyak di rumah membuat irama sirkardian tubuh juga terganggu karena kurang terpapar dengan cahaya alami sehingga siklus tidur dan bangun menjadi terganggu. Pada mereka yang tidak bekerja, dapat terjadi &#8216;oversleep&#8217; di pagi hari karena merasa tidak perlu terburu buru dan ini menyebabkan gangguan tidur pada malam harinya,&#8221; lanjutnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8212; Gangguan tidur mungkin sering dialami banyak orang terlebih saat\u00a0pandemi\u00a0Corona.
